Real Freedom

Real freedom is an art that requires great awareness. Pay attention when mind and body are out of sync. Observe swirls of old experiences whirling within when timely actions have not been taken in the moment. If body tension, low energy, frustration, pain or compulsions continuously arise, let go of thoughts and old thinking patterns. Whenever you feel a loss of direction and state of imbalance within, shift with necessary action needed. For instance, if tightness in chest arises whenever negative thoughts arise, focus on nourishing self through deep breathing, time in nature, soothing music, dance or even a warm cup of your favourite beverage. Timely actions are essential for making real freedom your new reality!
