Open your mind further by asking self “What is anger?” With no words, memories, thoughts, interpretations or expectations, observe what arises within. You may discover tension in your body or a knot in your stomach. Be fully present and simply accept whatever comes up for you. Breathe out the tension with each out breath. Maintain focus on your breath as the physical sensations fall away. Then raise your left hand and hold it over your heart. Breathe in love and feel whatever arises with each in-breath. Continue to observe your experience moment by moment without any mental activities.
