Grounding Self VI

Honour self by allowing freedom to quit if something does not feel right for you. For example, if a surprising turn of events or unfolding conversation triggers emotional disruptions or any kind of discomfort within your body, make space for peace and calmness to return.

Allow yourself to respect your body by stepping away in the moment. This is crucial as it is the turning point for releasing tension and old patterns of being lost in sea of ever-changing emotions. As a result, you will enhance your capacity to feel grounded more and more in daily life!

Grounding Self V

Accept all that happens in your life. Every experience reflects just one moment in the great expanse of time. Be open to seeing the bigger picture and shift from sensationalistic views and elaborating situations to a more expansive perspective with each experience a part of the whole journey.

Every event needs to be honoured as merely a part of the great big ebb and flow of life. Every event could be accepted as just one chapter in your life story that is neither accentuated, dramatized or heightened. Neutral acceptance is vital to remaining grounded in the journey of life!

Grounding Self IV

Accept the flow of dynamic energy in relationships. Some things work, some things don’t. Some say yes and some say no. Benefits and losses are a normal part of life. You win some, you lose some. Being fully present in the moment with an open open heart is essential for staying grounded!

Grounding Self III

Feeling stuck is one of life’s greatest challenges. Do everything you can to support on-going self worth. If needed, give yourself permission to connect with loved ones, trusted friends and allies to help you continually move forward in life. Access your support network with an open mind and heart. This is one of the greatest things you can do for yourself in order to remain grounded!

Grounding Self II

Stay positive while going through changes in life. Remember that self-worth is not based on external things that happen. Do everything you can to support continued self-worth as it is based on your true nature and what you were born with. This means that you will not surrender inner strengths to external forces. Say to yourself “Whatever is happening, I will not relinquish my beautiful true nature!”

Grounding Self

Changes can be scary and feel overwhelming at times. It is therefore essential that you root yourself solidly on ground while going through changes in life. This helps to maintain a relaxed and alert state while being quiet, flexible, and fully centered.

Heading into unknowns and mysteries of life can certainly be a daunting task so it’s really important to sure your thoughts support ultimate freedom desired within. For instance, have confidence that you will be alright even though things have not unfolded exactly the way you want. Say to yourself “I wanted things to unfold this way but since it’s not happening, I know I will still be alright!” Keeping positive energy like this solidifies your path and helps you move forward in life enhancing ways!

Transforming Realities VIII

Rest in the spaciousness of an open mind and heart. Allow any thoughts, feelings or sensations to be and simply observe them from a place of love. Be a loving witness of all that is happening in your life. As you come to embrace loving awareness more and more, you can actually become loving awareness itself. Practice this new way of being in life to remember and trust that it is always there and will always be there! Your new reality is now here! Congratulations!

Transforming Realities VII

Listen to your heart and then follow your heart in every passing moment. Establish open awareness without defence. Be defenceless! Be aware of any any reactive habits you may carry in defending your point of view or trying to convince others. Accept different points of view without judgement and see other perspectives as a natural part of the great web of life. Do not attach to any perspectives at all but simply observe with open awareness and open heart! Wholeness with love, peace and harmony will then be your new reality!

In every moment, the real YOU who is as pure as the newborn you once were is alive within. When you honour your heart and bodily sensations, you have access to unlimited choices. Practicing mindfulness can bring happiness, fulfillment and success into your new reality and the world around you!

Witness your choices and practice acceptance in the moment especially if you find yourself resisting who or what is in your life. See how every moment is the result of consequences of all previous choices you have made. Take responsibility for the challenge you are facing in the moment and mindfully maintain commitment to better choices every step of the way!

Transforming Realities V

Mindful actions are crucial for creating more satisfaction and quality of life. Make your journey easier by consciously committing to change. Consider what actions you can take to counteract habitual responses that have kept you stuck for way too long. Make a list of these actions and then commit to taking one action at a time. Follow through it even if you feel uncomfortable, fearful and increasing doubt. Breathe deeply in the moment and return to your open heart. Witness the change that is happening and become the change!
