Balance

Balance requires alignment between mind and body. Whenever vigilance prevails, we may experience a disconnect with our body and sensory perceptions. The moment you notice your mind out of synch with your body, stop what you are doing and say “Oops!” in a joyful way! Doing this can be the fun wake-up call and turning point for positive change. In that moment, you can return to a healthy sense of balance, acknowledging your physical sensations and choosing wisely with an open heart and light!
