Balance II

Balance requires an open mind and neutral observation. Observe state of mind and body in the moment. Are they in unison? If not, notice what is present without judgement or interpretation. Engage all of your senses and listen, smell, taste and feel what is within. Take a deep breath and focus on realigning with heart, returning to a natural state of peace and harmony.
