When will I get it?” Believe that WISDOM is your own Wise (Wonderful) Intuition (Insights) Spiritual (Success) Discovering (Developing) Opening (Optimal) Mindfulness (Miracles). Simply go into meditations everyday with silence and deep breathing, inhaling from abdomen up to chest to open yourself to light of freedom. Then with every exhale, release all darkness within you that carries negative words that don’t make you happy. Imagine words as water that flows through magical changes that will free you from discomforts within. Here you can express gratitude to yourself by saying: “I am grateful for the presents I gift for myself as I am living in the presence with every new breath I take. I am grateful for elevating my own inner knowledge within.”
