Seek Truth Only! IV

Excuse me! If sometimes you observe yourself making excuses for behaving in negative ways, simply stop in moment and breathe deeply to calm mind and connect with open heart. Here you will expand consciousness and return to place of love and acceptance to reveal deepest truths within. Always be generous and compassionate with self and others. Let go of past patterns and redefine story you have held to this day.

For instance, if you regularly went into doubt, worry or fear with certain relationships or situations, remind self that what you are capable of today is much more than what you went through yesterday. There is no need to personalize words from others but only accept where each of you are in moment and allow different life paths as you come home to peace, compassion, kindness and generosity. You could say to yourself “I am peace. Others are just what they are. It all is what it is.”

Seek Truth Only! III

Bring awareness to tendencies of being judgemental in situations and relationships. Surrender driving forces within whenever you say or repeat negativities from past. Shift by simply observing self, others and external experiences from depths of open heart as what you had said and believed in yesterday may dissolve in this very moment.

For instance, if you defined a person or circumstance as not good or terrible, you transform through place of open heart with unconditional love and acceptance as you embrace a higher perspective. “He/she/it is the darkness of night.” With no more negativity, you will feel there is nothing bad, nothing worse or less. Everything and everyone just is what it is, just as dark nights come at end of every day and then turn into dawn of beauty and light when time is right!

Seek Truth Only! II

In each and every moment, sense what you sense and feel what you feel. Believe only what you believe in moment as many beliefs you may have carried for a very long time can be from as far back as childhood. Ask self now what beliefs are no longer true and seek truth only!

For instance, if you believed you were inferior and unworthy for a long time due to family traumas or social, cultural conditioning but now feel you are much more worthy and not lacking at all, retell that old story from past. You could shift by saying to yourself:

“I am wise, I am one with power to be exactly who I am today.”

“I am in synch with stars and universe.”

“I am light of my heart.”

“I am wisdom of unknowns.”

“I am.”

Trust the flow of life and discovering the evolution of who you truly are. Truths within self are based on clarity in moments as what you knew yesterday may be an illusion today. Truth and Illusion are two energetic forces that are always present in each and every moment. Allow the seasons and winds of life to shift your perspectives as time continually changes. Explore negative energies within which you may perceive and continually experience with others. Ponder what you need to let go of, what you can do to become more positive with light of open heart. Sit in peace with silence, strength and courage to discover truth only!

Healthy Mind! VIII

Positive affirmations are also another essential practice for maintaining healthy mind. Old mental habits and patterns from past will all gradually dissolve as you regularly repeat the most deeply satisfying and succinct phrases that uplift and empower you in amazing ways. These statements may spontaneously arise within you or outside of you, as you quietly meditate in silence or adventure out into the world. They may come from anything and everything, whether from nature, birds, animal or sea life. They can arise from conversations with friends, strangers or readings and lyrics of songs that instantly enliven you, making you feel so energized and deeply satisfied within.

All affirmations can be said silently or aloud. You can also write them down or even sing or chant them for 10 minutes everyday. Know that there are an infinite number of positive affirmations with endless possibilities as you journey forth to pinnacle of success! Make sure positive affirmations are always in present tense and never in future. Make sue they are instantly energizing. Affirmations may be very simple with each and every breath so as you slowly breathe in, say: “I am” and as you breath out, say other words such as:

“I am … peace.” “I am … joy.” “I am … love!” “I am … light!”

Simply create your heart desires as if they already exist and therefore, you will ‘be’ exactly what you say! Here your healthy mind is as healthy as can be!

Healthy Mind! VII

One vital portal to healthy mind is to let go of thinking mind, beliefs and stories from others and past that keep you muddled in negativity with doubts and fear. The most challenging concept and belief is based on fear of death which troubles majority of humans on earth. Words carry energies based on personal perceptions and beliefs, which profoundly impact emotions in journey of life and capacity to live in wholeness with natural vitality.

In order to release negativity and darkness within, let go of concept of death, which is just a word contrived from thinking mind brought into you from conditioned world. Rest in moment and breathe deeply, knowing that each breath gives you not just life here on earth but also inner knowings that there is a bigger picture of end of life on spiritual realm. There is no such thing as death as death is just a word. Death is life and there is only life, always and forever. Your eternal spirit and presence of being exists through many lives. Adopt this new perspective on higher level of your super healthy mind which elevates consciousness, awakens spirit to gain greater equilibrium with mind/body/heart!

Train your mind to regularly manifest most joyful energies within. Be aware of when recoiling unpleasant experiences happen, when body reveals insufficient nutrients, sleep and heavy emotions. Like scary storms and sudden tornados rising over self, simply slow down and take time to rejuvenate with deep breathing to calm mind and bring fresh clean clear air to open mind into vast blue sky. Here your true nature arises in magical ways and you will be fully present in moments, living the simply great life with freedom, joy and satisfaction!

Healthy mind remains totally open and vast as it is never closed or limited. It yields a sense of freeness in each and every moment with all experiences in life. All experiences simply come and go with no grasping or clinging. Like a flash of lightening, experiences uncover amazement well beyond what was ever experienced before.
