If you like and are ready, inhale to count of 4 through nostrils, hold breath to count of 7 and exhale to count of 8. Do this 7 times if you are comfortable or a little less until you are ready to expand doing it more! Another way you could do this is breathing into a box where you inhale to count of 4, hold breath for count of 4, exhale for count of 4, and hold again for count of 4. Do this as many times as you like and here your eternal heart energies will rise forth and bring essential messages from wisdom held deeply within you!
