Meditate Everyday! Make it your regular practice at the start of each day and also do it during middle of day and before bedtime. Simply go into deep breathing, raising abdomen and moving up to raise ribs and chest as well. Then hold breath for a few seconds and as you exhale, blow out of your mouth like blowing through a straw and you may even do it a little longer than your inhale. If you like and are ready, inhale to count of 4 through nostrils, hold breath to count of 7 and exhale to count of 8. Do this 7 times if you are comfortable or a little less until you are ready to expand doing it more! Another way you could do this is breathing into a box where you inhale to count of 4, hold breath for count of 4, exhale for count of 4, and hold again for count of 4. Do this as many times as you like and here your eternal heart energies will rise forth and bring essential messages from wisdom held deeply within you!
