Be Curious! IV

At the start of each day, live in moments with every breath you take to calm thinking mind, thought patterns, worries, doubts, needs, or expectations on your life journey. Venture forth with dreamworld by closing your eyes and breathing deeply from belly three or four times, for at least 5 minutes. As your mind opens to sky world and light of your soul, stay in place of silence with peace and grace, then ask any questions you are curious to explore in your life journey. Here you will surprisingly connect with the power of your own pure potential each and every day, bringing new insights of who you really are and what you are truly meant to be and do in this life!
