Make time for solitude and silence every day. Choose a place with space that brings calmness and open awareness in moments as you just breathe deeply in from nostrils and abdomen, then breathe out through mouth and simply observe what is present after finishing 7 full deep soothing breaths that calm you more and more. Then in the moment, jot down 3 words that arise reflecting how you feel. If you are out in nature, you could jot on earth, on soil or sand with a finger, twig or rock. After doing this, return to silence and simply witness what arises in open mind.
Observe what brought these emotions to the surface and current body sensations you are feeling within. Here your awareness will expand as you align with your own authentic nature and then decide what changes you would like to happen. Set new intentions to grow, evolve and change so that you will begin again with new breath of life!
