You could even intuitively sing soothing lyrics that rise within. “I am the light of the sky . . . I am generous . . . I am open heart . . . I am capable, I am confident . . . I am, I am.” As you waltz through this, you may also connect with a close friend who resonates with these words and also receive help from them if needed. Whatever you choose consciously in moments unfolding will help you move forward in new ways. Step onto new path as an adventure you never imagined before. Imagine yourself climbing to the top of a mountain and reaching the pinnacle of success!
