Be Happy! IV

Endeavour to enjoy yourself all the time. Make sure you exercise regularly throughout each day, whether it is simple walks, jogging, cycling, or even practicing yoga, qi gong, tai chi, or attending fitness sessions. Moving the body is essential for easing mind and worrisome patterns especially when you are doing what you love in a place you love being at!

For instance, you might go for a quick forest walk and maybe even jog back and forth for a while in an area that has a relatively elevated terrain. With rocks and roots firmed into the ground, you mindfully watch every step you take making sure you don’t trip, fall or hurt yourself. You breathe each and every moment mindfully in the vast fresh air all around you and even enjoy the sounds of nature which may include birds chirping and squirrels squeaking. It may make you dance in moments and then laughter could come forth when a squirrel leaps into your sight with its funny voice. Eeeeeh eeeeeh eeeeh! Heeheeeheeee! Nuts to you! Hahahahh!
